At Virelam, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags, hygiene liners, and original packaging must be intact.
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear, and returns may be rejected if hygiene seals are removed or if the item shows signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale (if any are introduced in the future)
• Swimwear that is used, washed, or missing hygiene protection

Return Shipping

• We offer free return shipping for eligible returns.
• A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval of your return request.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees (if any were applied in special cases) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
